Does anyone have a recipe to duplicate that delicious ham sausage a popular ham producer makes and can only be purchased through that producer or via a popular TV female cook's web site? I would like to make it, it must be very simple, but want to use it as breakfast sausage. I've looked at TOH's ham ball recipe and sausage ham loaves but wonder if that product can be altered to produce a breakfast sausage?
