I just fixed this the other night. I'd never had it before but I treated it like any other white flesh fish. I beat an egg with about a tsp of milk. Dipped the fish in the egg and then dipped it in panko bread crumbs that I had previously mixed with sea salt and pepper. I let it sit for a few minutes and then fried it in olive oil til it was crispy and golden brown. It's a very basic way to prepare it but I ate it as a sandwich using whole grain oat bread, fresh tomato and fresh spinach and mayo. I really liked it. It was very filling.

I made another white flesh fish last week and all I did was coat it with an Orange Chipotle Seasoning Mix that I bought at the store. The lable said it was great for seafood. I fried it in a little olive oil until it was just firm. It was great! I liked the spice!
