SHRIMP NEWBURG
1 (10 oz) can cream of shrimp soup
1/4 cup water
1 tsp seafood seasoning
1 (1 lb) pkg frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
In saucepan combine soup, water and seasoning and bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir in shrimp. Heat thoroughly.

BROCCOLI SALAD
5-6 cups broccoli florets
1 sweet orange bell pepper, seeded, julienned
1 (8 oz) pkg cubed mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
Creamy Italian salad dressing
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill.
Serves 4-6
Serves with BUTTERED WHITE RICE. Cook 1 (3.5 oz) pkg boil-in-bag rice with 2 tbsp butter according to directions.
