Mine is in the food department. I am postive I could lose those 7 nasty pounds if I would just stop drinking my morning coffee with that Hazelnut flavoured creamer! The fat free is gross, and still has calories, it isn't worth switching. Man, if only I could give it up! Oh well, we all need at least one nasty habit, and I won't even begin to tell you of the other non-food nasty habits I have!
So, what can you not give up, or stop doing, but can't?
