Bailey's Chocolate Mousse Pie:
1 package unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup milk
6 oz chocolate chips (1 cup)
3/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp vanilla
1 purchased chocolate pie crust
Directions:
In saucepan sprinkle gelatin over milk. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Add chocolate chips and stir constantly until chocolate is completely melted. Remove from heat. Cool for 5 minutes; add Bailey's and vanilla.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens slightly. Fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into crust; chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Top with additional whipped topping and shaved chocolate.
