    Has anyone made the molded beet salad using lemon jell-o? How is it? And could you post a recipe.

    Not I ~ But here's a bump at least :)

    I have to laugh, when I first read this, I was thinking you meant like..."moldy" beet salad.  I thought, huh, I wonder why she has to ask about that ~ even *I* know if it's moldy to throw it out, LOL!!!
