I'm So Excited!

 I just found out this morning that I will be teaching a semester introductory nutrition class to culinary students at the technical college in a neighboring city starting in September. The school already grows their own organic produce and doesn't use white rice, etc. It sounds like a perfect fit.

I just had to share.

Although I do not know you but by name and the many wonderful recipes that you post, I just wanted to hop right in here and say congratulations!  I want to wish you much success, happiness, and fun (and when you're doing what you really enjoy, you know that you will!).

 Congradulations!! What a great opportunity! Wish it was closer to us. We have a culinary program at my tech and I know our chef loves to use what produce we bring in that is organic! chris
