HONEY-MUSTARD CHICKEN
1/3 cup Dijon-style mustard
3/4 cup honey
2 tbsp dried dill
1 (2 1/2 lb) chicken, quartered
Preheat oven to 350. Combine mustard, honey and dill. Arrange chicken quarters in sprayed 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour mustard mixture over chicken. Turn chicken over and make sure mixture covers chicken. Bake covered for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serves 6-8
POTATOES SUPREME
1 (32 oz) pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
1 onion, chopped
2 (10 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into sprayed 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake covered for 1 hour.
Serves 6-8
Cook 1 (19 oz) pkg frozen niblet CORN IN BUTTER SAUCE according to pkg directions.
