LOL...my children used to love healthy foods, and lots of fruit...they ate salads quite young..the only thing I made them eat three of were brussels sprouts, they stil laugh about it now and insist on christmas dinner, they all have 3 brussel sprouts on their plate, amongst the other things...they insist I told them 'eat your brussles, they will guard you against cancer!'.....
one good thing my dil always makes is, when it is quite near 'dinner ready'...she cuts up lots of crunchy vegs...they love cucumber, pepper, green red orange and yellow....and sometimes toms...into little a bowl, each one has their own, and they crunch away beforehand...I often make a big bowl of salad vegs....(I alwso incluce courgettes and runner beans, al dente),and we have that on the side...I think it is good to get used to different textures and flavours when young...
