    Fried Cornmeal Mush

    I've been eating cornmeal mush ever since I was a little girl. Now it's become popular with my family. I especially love this version because the batter is made ahead of time and fried the next morning.

    I used to buy this in a loaf at the market years ago but haven't seen it for years...I am so glad I found this recipe!!

    I am so glad I found this! My grandmother use to make this for me and I use to buy it in the store. Now I can hardly find it and when I do the price is high. Thank you!

    My husband was talking about this while we were at the store only his mother fried up sausage and mixed with it before putting it in the loaf. Thought that sounded pretty good- clogger in NE
