I was exploring ebay and found a comprehensive cookbook for the GT Xpress. It is a compilation of all the little cookbooks that they are mailing out 3 at a time every other month. The cookbook is 8-1/2 x 11 inches in size and has 126 pages. It is divided into standard cookbook categories: appetizers, beef, bread, breakfast, desserts, pizza, pork, poultry, seafood, and vegetables. Much easier to find recipes than sifting through the little cookbooks! It is spiral bound and laminated to protect from spills. Ebay has it for various prices~ about $11.00 to $30.00; there are a bunch for sale. It also comes with a computer disc which I have not yet looked at. I seem to remember that the recipes are on the disc, too, but maybe I'm misremembering. To find the book, search "gt xpress cookbook" You'll be surprised!
