    Baked Blueberry & Peach Oatmeal

“This oatmeal bake is a staple in our home. It's very easy to prepare the night before, just keep the dry and wet ingredients separate until ready to bake. I've tried a variety of fruits, but the blueberry and peach is our favorite.” Rosemarie Weleski - Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania

This oatmeal was so good with the peaches and fresh blueberries. My husband was pretty skeptical at first, but was surprised how good it tasted.

Our whole family loves this! I had a package of mixed berries in the freezer (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) that I used instead of just blueberries. It turned out great.

My hubby and I love this oatmeal. I make it on Monday and we eat it for breakfast and snacks all week long. Today I am trying it with apples, raisins and pecans. I am out of blueberries and peaches!

My family loved this recipe and preparing the ingredients the night before made it easy to just mix and bake in the morning- plus, it smells great while it's baking! Enjoy ;)

I make this once a week for my husband, and he eats it nearly every morning. He is in training for a triathalon, and he loves the energy it provides. Ive tried lots of fruit combinations, and our favorite by far is blueberries and strawberries! Also modify the type of nut on top, it makes a difference. I also use a 9x9 (brownie pan) and it comes out moister and thicker. To cut more calories, I substitute Splenda's brown sugar and all liquid egg whites. We love it!

I made this for a big family breakfast and everyone loved it. I know make it at least once a week in the evening and reheat in the microwave so my kids can have a good breakfast before school. Everyone has wanted and loved this recipe.

I make this two to three times a week. My husband loves it for breakfast, a snack or even an evening meal. I add one teaspoon of cinnamon, use a whole bag of frozen blueberries and a bottle of peaches (24 oz). It is the best. I recommend it to everyone.
