No, he really doesn't care about me meeting up with everybody.  But he probably wouldn't want me to drive up there by myself.  He's a little protective!  LOL!

We could go on down the road "a piece" and to the Blue Willow in Social Circle.  I'm not sure how much lunch is these days - it used to be $14.95.

I just checked the Blue Willow's website.  Lunch Monday through Friday is $12.95 but it's $16.95 on Saturday.  Anyone think that is too pricey - or would you be willing to spend this much for a one time get-together with friends?

Wow! Great minds think alike. last night on the way home from a cookout, I thought about the Blue Willow Inn for our meeting place. I think it is a great idea, and I'd be willing to pay the price. How far is it off of I-20? My mom and I have been planning to go there for years, but so far we have never gone.

Let's hear from some others.

Here are the directions from Interstate 20. It is just 4 miles off the interstate. I think it would be easy for folks to get to. It is 60 miles from my house, and it would be easy for me to get there. How about the rest of you? I think this would be a fun place to meet - we could eat, visit the gift shop, etc.

I live approximately 14 miles from Monticello, so I would be going back roads but I figure it's about a 45 minute drive for me.  This would be even closer for those who wanted to drive from South Carolina. 

I'm always ready for a trip to the Blue Willow!

Okay, the Blue Willow it is. Now for the date. Would the last week of August or first week of September work?
