    Slow Cooker Spinach Lasagna

I thought there was a recent post for someone looking for slow cooker recipes but I can't find it so I'll share it here since it's a main dish:

2 (15 oz.) containers ricotta chese

    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 eggs

1 (10 oz.) package chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 envelope Lipton vegetable soup mix (recipe secrets)

2 (1 lb. 10 oz) jars pasta sauce (your favorite)

    12 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, eggs, spinach and soup mix.

In 6 quart slow cooker, spread 1 cup sauce. Layer 4 noodles, broken to fit, then 1 cup sauce, 1/2 ricotta mixture; repeat. top with remaining 4 noodles and 2 cups sauce.Reserve remaining sauce. Cook covered on low 5 to 6 hours.

Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with remaining sauce that has been heated.

    8 servings.
