Crazy Catbirds

are now drinking out of the hummingbird feeder. I never saw this before. Anyone else have uninvited guests drinking from these feeders?

LOL!!

Yes, both our red headed and red bellied woodpeckers drain the hummer feeders in nothing flat.  They even bring their kids....

we only had a hummer...she was so territorial she wood chase anything else away. i had ant and bee problems so i quit feeding them...i have all kinds of flowers they like anyway.

we had catbirds in conn., name is from thier call...sounds just like a cat.  have seen birds here that look like them here...darkish grey with a darker tail...but never heard the cry...maybe they talk different in florida!!!lol

I just noticed this year that the woodpeckers are landing on the hummingbird feeders and drinking out of them.  They are too big to sit up straight so they lay sideways to drink

LOL at a the cute kittybirds!!!  I wondered why I was hearing cats meowing when I couldn't see and don't know of any being around (before we got our own kitty).  Thanks for posting a pic of a real catbird.  Now I know what it is that I'm seeing!
