    Festive Pepper Squares~

This will be todays Unhealthy Treat !~ Wink I have has this recipe stashed since 2005 ~ No Recipe should have to wait 4 years~  And being that I have the Goods I may as well just do it ~ Janie

    Festive Pepper Squares (5/24/05)

    Ingredients

1 package of stuffing mix( Turkey or Chicken)

    1 egg beaten

1/3 cup each Red and Green Peppers, chopped

    1/2 cup chopped onion

    1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

Prepare the stuffing mix as directed on the package. Mix in the beate egg after adding the crumbs to the water.

Press immediately into a greased square pan ( I would suggest spraying with cooking spray first ) Sprinkle with the peppers and onions.  Top with the cheese and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
