Good Morning My BB Friends and Happy 4th Of July

 Good morning Heidi ~You have a big day planned. That's so nice of your friends to include your family in their family get-together.. We haven't made any plans. We will take it as it comes. DH works tomorrow so anything we do will have to end early so he can catch some ZZZ's. I'm off and running.

Any big plans today?I'm thinking packing will do it for me. I can sit on my bed and do that. Alot of my things are in the  dresser next to the bed.

Good Morning my friends....
It is chilly and raining here!!!
Hope you ALL have a wonderful holiday weekend......

How can you STAND days like this, BJ?  I'm going crazy and can't imagine going through this everyday - YUK!  I think that I'm going to hop in the shower and see if things go better after that because the toast and the walk around the yard did absolutely NOTHING for me!  LOL  The dumpster dude just called and he's coming over to fetch my cell phone as he bought me a new one - UGH!  I just hate new phones, they're such a pain to learn to use and he does this to me nearly every year!  GRRR!  And no, I don't want to spend my day today learning how to use it either!  LOL  Gee, I'm kind of a crab today, bet you all wished that you lived HERE right about now!   LOL  

Happy 4Th!!! 

Well a week of (wet) camp under my belt! so very sick of rain!! We cooked all but 2 meals for everyone! They are supposed to cook their own meals at their shelter sites. There was so much rain they could never get a fire started. We had to all but 2 meals, and they were sandwhiches!! LOL.

I have not gone back to read posts yet but I will!

How are you feeling BJ?? I hope you are much improved!!

heidi- I am so looking forward to our trip! I will e-mail the details of when I will pick you up!

Jackie- How are your "pet" snakes doing!! LOL I thought of you when I stepped on one Wednesday!! I danced quite a jig I can tell you!!

Paulette, believe me it's not alot of fun. But it's that or be in lots of pain and I mean lots of pain. So the alternative is to behave and hope this helps.
I know what you mean about learning new phones. DH let ours lapse because he thought he could get a better deal. So yesterday he was scrambling trying to get our minutes back and reinstate the service. LOL.

 BJ- I will take lots of Pic's! Of both Bren and Heidi!! And anyone else who gets in front of my camera! LOL.  Dan is better, we have more tests (surprise, surprise) he has gained 3 pounds this week!!! Yipeeee! At this rate he might weight back to normal in... say .. 5 years??? LOL

 Seriously he is a bit better. They are going to do more testing in August as that is the earliest they can do them. However I think they are on the right track with this parasite damage as the meds for that are working. He still has some pain when he eats but not nearly as much.

Chris ~ Good to hear that Dan is gaining a little weight and doing better. Hopefully these next tests will give you some answers. I hope you, Heidi and Bren have a wonderful time together. I'll be looking forward to those pictures. 

Somebody pinch me please! I can barely believe that I didn't have to cook breakfast this morning. DS nooked a bowl of the leftover poppy seed chicken casserole for himself and DH ate cereal. So I just ate cereal as well. Nice change of pace, but still feels odd at the same time.

Off to throw in a load of laundry. TTYL

Good morning everyone! Well it`s raining here today,but that`s okay we could use a little rain. We never did have the firepit last night becasue DH and I were so tired I ended up going to bed at 8:30 or 9:00 somehwhere in there. DH says we will grill tonight and hopefully the rain subsides,but who knows.

BJ....I`m sure your looking forward to seeing the grandkids. I hope you get the most of your packing done today so you can relax and enjoy the rest of the day. How long will you be gone for? I`m hoping your feeling better and the pain is getting better everyday. Is the ibuprophen helping at all?

Vicki....Times with family are always nice. It doesn`t get and better than that!  Enjoy your time with MIL later.

Marlene....Steak sound good. I wish we had your sunshine. Push it this way please...LOL.

Paulette....Sounds as if you had fun out with the boys huh? You little party girl you! I`m sure you`ll soon settle on something to occupy your time today.....

Diane...My gosh gal slow down today and take a breath. I know when I have something to accomplish I`m like a wild woman until it`s conquered....LOL...

Happy 4th of July to each and everone ....

Well let me tell you its pouring down rain here All morn.  What a day ...I am sure that they are cancelling most of the Festitives here in my area ....  Plus they said this afternoon theres Tornado Watches .... Uck ...

Last nite we went out to some friends ... had a bon-fire going and roasted hot dogs and fixed smores ... It was her birthday and her kids had got a cake ...  they went ahead and shot off there fireworks as they were calling for the rain .....

Me and DH decided we are gonna grill out here ... The weather is just to icky to try and do anything else ...

BJ   I sure hope you get to feeling better ...

I seen June last nite and shes doing really good now ..

Depo...Here`s hoping you guys get your rain down there. With temps like they have been you could use it. Is BB coming over today for a cookout or something? Have you have a chance to talk to that DD of yours after the incident the other day? Hopefully she offered up an apology....She needed to.

I went to the big W for a few things and they weren't as busy as I thought they would be.I'm walking down the produce aisle picking up  some stuff when I saw what I needed for dinner,snow peas.I decided to make sweet & sour  stir fried pork.BBs kids & DGKs showed up and announced they were going to spend the weekend with them so it will be just me tonight. BBL Depo!!!
