    I saw this in a taste of home appitizer magazine at the store.  Does anyone have this recipe?  Thanks for checking.

    Spicy Corn Guacamole

     

    Ingredients

     

    1/2 cup frozen whole corn kernels, thawed

     

    2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and diced

     

    1/4 cup diced red onion

     

    1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices, drained and diced

     

    2 Tbs fresh lime juice

     

    2 Tbs mayonnaise

     

    1/2 tsp salt

     

    Cook the corn for about 5 minutes.  Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients and mash with a fork.  Stir in the corn and serve with tortilla chips
