2 cucumbers, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, cut up and seeds removed
1 box frozen peas
1 jar stuffed olives, sliced
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
Soak cucumbers, celery, and onion in salt water for 3 hours - Drain well, and add tomatoes, peas, and olives. Boil sugar, vinegar, and oil, for 2 minutes - watch carefully, if boiled to long, it will turn to a thick glob. Cool, and pour over vegetables. Marinate for 24 hours. I have eaten it right away, when I couldn't wait.
