What's your favorite thing to cook on the grill?

Ribeye steaks are our favorites to grill.

There was this little fat kid who lived two houses down.  Dang that meat was good!

I don't trust anyone who needs a recipe to make tossed salad.

I just like grilling the basics---hot dogs, hamburgers, brats. Everything else turns out better for me if I cook them inside.

I like doing chicken.  My favorite veggie on the grill is peppers. I bought a grilling pan with holes in it and I cut the peppers in big pieces with a few slices of onion. Marinate it in a baggie with olive oil and sea salt, drain it well, and put it in the grilling pan, stirring quite often.  Delicious.

Chicken, halibut, shrimp, scallops, salmon, steak (especially rib eyes or t-bones), pork chops.  Vegetables--mushroom, onions, zucchini, peppers, carrots, yellow squash, potatoes, asparagus, and others.

To save time I'll just ditto what AP said and add, rotisserie roasts & chicken too.

Our son cooks the best beef ribs by wrapping them in heavy duty foil and slow cooking them. They're so good he gets requests from family members to, please, cook them.

DH does chicken in a foil pan...marinate the chicken, grill to brown on both sides, then place in a foil pan with potatoes, carrots and onions, add lots of chicken gravy.  Wrap the pan tightly with foil, place on the grill, cook for about an hour...delicious.

I'd love your recipe for this - sounds wonderful!

We like to cook NY strip steaks, flank steak, brats, hamburgers, and hot dogs, pork tenderloin, and delmarvelous chicken on the grill.

No recipe, really...he uses a bottled marinade, and the chicken gravy is from a mix...Tones brand from Sam's, and salt & pepper on each layer of veggies. Be sure to use plenty of the gravy so you don't have a burned mess, like happened to us once because the pan went dry. Also be sure to crimp the foil really tight around the top of the pan so the heat doesn't escape.

We grill a lot, but our favorites are flank steak, ribeyes, ribs, burgers, brats, hot dogs, and chicken.  We don't do much in the seafood department as I haven't had good luck so far.

We also love to grill veges and fruit. Fruit is the best when its getting a bit over ripe..grilled and served with ice cream!
