DUMP IT AND RUN CHICKEN

original recipe came from a friend. I
tweaked it down some so it would work for just Jim and I. This recipe is easy to enlarge and make for
company. Also, to reduce fat, use
reduced fat cream of
mushroom soup
INGREDIENTS:
2
boneless, skinless, chicken breast
1
small pkg. of fresh baby carrots
1
can (13. 25 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
1
can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup,
undiluted
cooked
rice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Layer
ingredients in order listed into a crock-pot.
Season the chicken to your taste and salt & pepper the carrots.
Cover
and cook on high for 2 hours and then on low for 3 hours.
Or
cook on low for about 8 hours.
Serve
over rice.
