    how long can you keep shrimp in the freezer -- i bought some at the grocery and forgot about it!! i'm sure it's been in there nearly a year!! i left it in the plastic grocery bag and it got pushed to the back!! thanks

    After six months, mine started tasting like cardboard. I ended up chucking about half the package. I guess that I am going to pass up money saving bulk buys on this product. My pkg was opened. Yours might be okay, but have something else to prepare if it isn't.

     To take the fishy freezer taste out defrost your shrimp in milk or buttermilk
