    I've always used canned tomatoes to make hamburger soup. Has anyone ever used tomato soup to make theirs ?

     My sister makes hers with Campbell's tomato soup but I was a little reluctant.

     I've tried it once with canned tomato soup. But like you, I use canned stewed or diced tomatoes. I love tomatoes and prefer chunks. DH prefers the tomato soup version as he is allergic to tomatoes.

    My MIL frequently adds a can of tomato soup to her soups and stews.
