What to bake in Nordic loaf/bundt pan?

My neighbor gave me this lovely pan:  I'm intrigued, I'm not much of a fancy chef!

I'm not sure what to bake in it.  Any ideas?

    thanks in advance

Bread or cake, whatever you like.

I have 3 OLD cast bundt pans, from before the name changed to Nordic Ware. Bought them at an auction  when a bakery went out of business in Northpole/Alaska back in 59 They were used but clean. Paid 50 cents for each.  Of course they are not non-stick (I would not want non stick) and I grease them very lighty with white Crisco, using a brush. Dust with flour if recipe  calls for it.

You don't have to be a fancy chef to bake bread, quick breads, bundt or pound cake.Don't pay attention to she shape of it, it is a good pan and a very nice gift (IF you like non stick)
