In the latest issue i recieved in the mail, there was a reader from Phoenix, AZ wondering how to make her cookies soft...I have the same issue after about 3 days in the container, what i do is to put a small piece of bread in the container with the cookies, and it helps keep them sof t for days...i also put bread in the container with the brown sugar, it keeps it from clumping as well..take care and keep cooking!!
