Good Morning My BB Friends

 I slept all night. I kind of thought I would since I was so tired all day yesterday. Need to finish my coffee and get dressed as we are leaving to go up the hill. I won't be home until around 4:00 so I'll see you then.

Well so far, so good with the phones not ringing off the hook - I hope that it continues!  Bright sunny day here today and thankfully no wind!  Yesterday it was just brutal!

Beautiful day here and the sun is shining, however it is cold. We just got up about 8:30 so we slept like logs.

I have cleaning more light fixtures on the agenda since I didn't get them all done, yuk!

Boy the coffee tastes good this morning and I am going for more.

Woke up to an overcast day today, but it looks like the sun is trying to come out.  I'm not sure what is on my agenda today - lots of little things to do and hopefully I will be able to scratch some off my list of things to do!  That darn list can be so long sometimes!!!!!  To those of you who watched DWTS last night, I wonder what two couples are going home tonight??  I thought everybody looked pretty darn good last night!

BJ - So glad to read you slept well!  Have a great day up the hill - enjoy yourselves, it's nice to get away like that & have some fun! 

Paulette - I hope the phones continue to be okay and not drive you crazy!  I used your potato bag last night for dinner for our baked potatoes - makes them come out so nice and good!  I still really enjoy using it!

Carol - I'm glad you slept well ~ I'm enjoying my coffee too - I made mine a little strong this morning - just the way I like it!

We have company coming for lunch......I just need to clean some celery and radishes and finish the relish tray and I'm ready.  I'm going now to set the table and run through the shower....have a great day all.

Good morning BJ and friends. I had a god day with my girl friend yesterday. Because her husband is working out of town and she doesn't have a car now I took her to do some errands. We went to two banks, checked out Home Outfitters for those curtains I want for my bedroom but they were expensive. We went to Sears and I got some from the clearance for only 19.99 each. Now all I need is a round curtain rod and I'm good to go. We also went to Home Depot looking for small table lamps for my bedroom  but they didn't have much of a selection. I found some really niec ones in Home Outfitters that I am eventually going to get. Last night I got a call from Barb, my girl friend that moved to Vancouver to be with her husband . He's working there and she got lonely here without him so she  moved. Well she came back yesterday morning to pack her stuff. I am going there to help her pack after I go for my blood tests. She will be here until sunday.

Have a good day everyone. I'm going to have my shower and go for blood work. Then I work 4-8 tonight.

DH  came in last nite with yet more bad news for the Co. he works for .. Another one of the companeys that used them ... dropped them as another Trucking Co. under bid them.  This is 4 hard hits in the last year or so.  The other 3 shut down.  Including Circuit Citys ... So this will mean lot less work now for him and others ...  depressing to say the least ...

The sun is shinning in the 60s out here ...

Good morning, I see you are all up and at er. I am going to get a jump on cleaning before the phone starts again. It already rang twice but they were for DH. Our phone call volume has gone down so much that we are not even going to put a land line into the new house, just cell phones. Maybe we can get VOIP but not too worried about it.

I am going to get up some steak and make a pot of stew tonight. Dinner last night was pretty skinney, BLT sammies so I better make something a bit more hearty tonight or I risk getting fired. Do ya think!!! Maybe the new broad will finish cleaning the house too?????

Dennis, get the chairs out under that gum tree cause when this shack attack is done I am coming to sit in the Texas sun and drink Coronas. LOL Nice cushy chairs too, especially for you big fella with your back. You don;t have a swimmer pool in your backyard do you?? If not do you think you could see about putting one in before I get there.
