Does anyone remember the tip about using evaporated milk in recipes? I think I remember something about it having more calcium and ?????

Evaporated milk is made when the milk is heated and half of the water evaporates. This makes the milk a lot creamier and it increases the amount of protein and calcium per serving.
I like to use it recipes that call for regular milk.
just had to say I love that pic of the kids....always one crying isn't there....lol cute kids.
LOL...I have yet to get one picture where all three of them are looking at the camera...let alone smiling.
