Same Time Saturday

Hi everyone.  I finallly got a good night's sleep last night.   No barking dogs!  I don't know if you read my post on "the other side" but basically I'm going to have to go to court with these guys because they've violated the noise ordinance.  I went to Animal Services yesterday and that's what they recommended.  So on Monday that's exactly what I'm going to do, and a judge can sort it out.  I have documentation and a witness (Judy) as well, so I don't see how these guys have a leg to stand on.  Of course the last time I told the apartment office about this kind of thing I was told I might have to move.  If that's the case then they're going to pay me to do it!  I've been here 4.5 years compared to their 4 months. 

I don't have anything to do today; maybe I'll sit down with a book.  The paper is late because  they had mechanical problems and I guess I won't get that for another couple hours. 

I'm going to make a meat loaf for supper and have mashed taters with it.  I must admit I'm cheating with the potatoes because I bought a package of Steam N Mash.  I hate making mashed potatoes.

Kallee-  His teachers just said he is a joy to have in class, respectfull of others, and a little neighbor boy told thier resourse teacher that Devin is the best friend he's ever had, and he is the only friend he has in the neighborhood.  Devin is a very sympathetic and empathetic person always has been.  When he was in 1st grade he learned a very valuable lesson.  He was walking out to the car with me and he called a little boy fat (which he was a big, I mean big boy) and I turned to him and said that he had now right to do that, told him I was fat, his grandma's were fat and asked if he would call us fat.  And then in the car I asked him, how would feel if some called him fat, stupid and some other names.  And he began to cry a little and said he understud that it's hurt full.  I told him he should apologis but I never made sure he did.  I hope he did!

We got a kid free night last night!  DD slept over at grandma's for the first time, without it being an emergency!  It's was so nice.  We went to a friends house and talked with them till 12:30 am!    It was great to come home to no kids!

Tomorrow we are going to Hannah, to see my brother and his family!  It's going to be great to see them!  I can't wait.  I miss my neices and nephews!

Well I got to go!  DD is missing me! And scones are almost ready!  yummo!

Good Morning! Bright and sunny, but windy morning here! Not very good for the hunters. Which I haven't seen any "orange" at all around here. Which is unusual! Since we live in the Chippewa National Forest. But, like I said before - there aren't many deer here anymore.

One thing they did manage to do though, scare the wolfs away. I haven't heard any howling. Even from our own dogs.

Hubby is on his way home. He called this morning from Wisconsin. Might be here sometime this afternoon. Thought we'd have spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. I'm pretty hungry for spaghetti!

Meredith, glad you got some sleep last night.  I can't believe the management won't do something about the barking dogs.  That's just not right.  Jenn glad that DS had a good report from his teachers.  He sounds like a sweety!  Good job Mom!!  Well, the drama continues at work.  I had ordered shaving & grain for delivery either yesterday or today.  The grain company asked me what card I wanted it charged to and I told them I would have to check with the owner and call them back.  Anyway I called them this morning from home with the information.  Less than 5 minutes later I got a text from the owner that they other guy said he called the grain company and they weren't delivering anything because I never called them with the credit card info.  WTF?  Why didn't he ask me before going to her, especially since she told him this morning no texts unless it was an emergency.  They never said they wouldn't deliver w/o the info.  Normally they just invoice. They advised that they would be delivering this morning, when I spoke to them. It's like he is trying to get me in trouble, but he fails everytime.  Sorry for the rant but I can feel my anxiety coming on!  I want to just confront him, but trying to not add to the drama.  My mouth pain is better today.  Amazing the difference in one night.  I had taken today off to rest, but I think I could have gone in.  Hope everyone is having a good day.  TTYL.
