    "Healthy for them" yogurt popsicles

My children and their friends ask for my homemade popsicles morning, noon and night. I never turn them down; who am I to tell them that they are good for them! For variety I substitute different flavors of frozen juice - grape, fruit punch, tropical etc.

    3/4 cup milk
6 ounces preferred frozen juice concentrate (do not add water)
    1 cup plain yogurt

Mix all the ingredients using a blender.
    Pour into 8 popsicle molds.
    Freeze and enjoy!

Well, this was a good thread for me - I have those old Tupperware Popsicle molds - and think I'll try some of these for the summer.
Thanks to all of you who shared. :)
