I just wanted to share an experiment of mine. A good friend gave me the idea. I used an arm/shoulder roast and marinaded it for 24 hours. The roast was about 3lbs. I put it on the grill and let it grill until med rare temp. I sliced thin slices against the grain. I then sauted fresh mushrooms, used an AsJus mix and had a very flavorful gravy to serve over the meat.
DH thought the meat was very tender and tasty. It turned out pretty well for an experiment. I have enough leftover to make a hoagie sandwich for his lunch.
