    Asian Persuasian Now!

    Sweet & Sour Chicken
    Heat 1" P-Nut oil over med. heatto 400 degrees.
    Combine ! T each: Sherry & Shoyu
    Pound chicken breasts 1/4" thick.
    Cut N2 1" cubes. Dredge in (1 C.) cornstarch.
    Dip N2: Sherry-Shoyu.
    Cook 5 min.Drain on paper towels.
    Pour out oil reseving1/4C.
    Whisk 2gether:
    1T. Shoyu
    1C H2O
    1/3C Vinegar
    1/4C Stevia or Fructose
    Pinch of Salt
    Bring 2 boil in saucepan.
    Reduce heat. Stir 'til Fructose dissolves.
    Whisk 2gether:
    2T Arrowroot Powder w/ 1/4C H2O
    12 Drops Red Food Coloring
    2T P-nut oil
    Add 2 sauce. Simmer 1 minute.
    Cook in reserved oil:
    1/2 Pineapple chunked 1"
    1/2 Purple Bell Pepper,1" pieces
    4 thin "coins" ginger Root
    1 Garlic Clove,minced
    Stir in sauce. Bring 2 boil. Add chiken. Toss 2 coat liberally.
    Serve w/ Jasmine Rice

    Thai Gyoza
    Filling:
    Grated Radish & Carrot
    Minced Sallions,Chives,Ginger & garlic
    dash of White pepper 1 t. Sesame Oil
    Place 1T.on R side of gyoza wrapper
    Dip fingertip N2 Hso,rub around edge & fold over. Press edges gently 2 seal.
    Freeze. Add frozen to any asian soup.
    or microwave 3 at a time for 1 min.
    Or steam.
