    miniture danish pastries

    about 4 yrs. ago my mother had a recipie for them,they had a cheese filling, and one was shaped like a butterfly, using a pencil to shape the wings. i would appreciate it if anyone has the recipie to share. thank you

    I don't have a recipe - bumped up a post for pastries with a ricotta cheese filling.

    However, you can take any good roll/pastry (rich 0r sweet) dough - roll it into small rolls and use a cream cheese filling or possibly some of the canned pie fillings.

    I believe that will give you the result you are seeking. Use a sugar glaze to pour over and they should be really good.
