    Good Morning.

We are getting light rain and cool weather. Nothing like what some of you have.  Don't go out unless you have to.

Dinner will be pizza and salad.  Homemade at least. Wink

Yes, I posted yesterday, but I didn't put Candykisses in the Subject line.  That is one of the things I do NOT like about the new board.  You don't know who posted what.

    Glad you found us today.

Has anyone seen a post from Barb (Bosox) since the new bb opened?  I hope she is not lost in the shuffle.

    Hi everyone.

I saw a post from Barb a couple of days ago but I haven't been here regularly for a few days now. Trying to catch up to myself and not having very good luck. Still have some Christmas gifts to buy and haven't done a lick of baking. We will be having leftovers again tonight, probably salmon pie and beans with a salad. I am going to try to bake two apple cakes for DH to take to work tomorrow, if I have time after supper. Hope you are all stay safe and warm. Hopefully I will pop in tomorrow. I still haven't had time to navigate around and check this newness out.  Take care.

Just got home from work, and it is really getting crazy at Wal-Mart.  We are not a super center, but we do super center sales, and it is unbelieveable how busy our store gets.  I know it will only get worse the closer we get to Christmas.  Today our temps were 82, but by Saturday it is going to go down to 46.  No wonder people are sick, the weather here is crazy. Tonight I am making a quick dinner.  Bratwurst, mac and cheese, and green beans.  Need to get my Christamas cards wrtten and into the mail.  Have a great night Gail

Yes, indeed I am here.  I really don't know what I am doing.  It seems that I only find this post by chance.  I have to get used to the whole thing, but it is going to take awhile.  I think they should post a tutorial for those of us who are impaired.  I worked with computers a great deal when I worked, but only in specific areas, so am not very computer literate.

Cold here today--only got  to 33. We are going to have Lloyds BBQ Beef tonite with some delicious cole slaw that Stop and Shop sells called Summer Slaw.

We have our Christmas Goose flag out and spotlit and will get the candles in the windows over the weekend.  Few more presents to buy, but pretty well finished.  Those American Expesss gift cards so come in handy--expecially for the grands who never seem to be very happy with presents...

Well, hope that I can find this tomorrow.  It's not fun any more, but hope that it will become easier....

Hi to everyone, well it is now time for supper,  I have been playing with this new board off and on all day, still really do not hardly have a clue what I am doing.

for supper will be fried catfish fillets, cole slaw, fried ptoatoes with onions and corn bread.

DH is deer hunting so we will eat kinda late.  We have a terrible coating of ice here, trees breaking etc.  I am glad for the first time that I am retired and don't have to get out.  We have tree limbs all over the yard, one of them hit the corner of our deck and broke one of the lights arond the edge of it.  We have chinese elms and they are really messy and are old so very tall.  One just missed the power lines coming to the house so I hope we get lucky and one doesn't fall on it.  Have a great evening.  Anna

    Re: Candykisses: Tuesday: What's Cookin'

    Hello,

Just got in from my first shopping trip for Christmas presents. Found quite a bit of what I wanted. Stores were not crowded, and I did not have to wait to check out.

Dinner was fried pork cutlets, salad and bacon cheese potatoes purchased from a fast food place.

We got a light shower today it was overcast most of the day, but still very warm. We had the AC on all day at work.

You all in icy places, take care!

    Tammy
