I made the miracle fudge and it was very, very good. It doesn't get any easier than this.

I put a 12 oz bag of milk chocolate chips in the microwave just long enough to soften and mostly melt them, stirring them several times until smooth. While still warm, I stirred in about 1/2 cup peanut butter until blended and creamy. Then I folded in a can of white frosting, stirring until blended.

I poured it into a buttered baking dish and refrigerated until set.

I used a 7x11 dish, but another similar size like an 8x8 would work, but they would be a little thicker.

They are great with some chopped pecans added, too.

    WinkThis is my favorite Gift

"3" Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge****2 cups sugar
    ½ cup milk
Put above ingredients in saucepan, and stirring constantly, watch for this to come to boil.  Time it at slow boil for 3 min. exactly.
Remove from heat, and stir in quickly:
1 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
Immediately, pour into buttered dish, let cool slightly and cut into squares.
I love this because it contains no butter, but you can't tell the difference.  And, it hardens quickly; so don't stir too long once you add the peanut butter.

    Re: peanut butter fudge

I use this recipe every yr to make the chocolate & peanut butter fudges. I think I got this recipe from this board but am not positive. It is really good & moist.

    EASY FUDGE

    2 C. sugar
    1 C. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
7oz. chocolate chips (substitute peanut butter chips for the peanut butter fudge)
    1 big spoon peanut butter

In a large pot bring the milk, butter and sugar to a boil. Cook until it pulls away from the pan. Add the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Continue cooking until the chocolate and peanut butter are melted. Pour in to a greased 8 x 8” or 9 x 9” pan glass pan. Cool and cut into squares. NOTE: This fudge stays moist for a long time unless you refrigerate. Refrigerating hardens it, but removing it will soften it again.
