Need a recipe for Hot Wings

Looking for a quick and easy recipe for Hot Wings.  My kids all love them and can't find a good one.

The "Buffalo" Way is to use the recipe on the back of the Franks Red Hot bottle.  I bake my chicken wings (a full hour or so) till they're crispy and then toss them in a bowl with the Red Hot mixture of Butter and Hot sauce.  Traditionally they are deep fried, I just don't have the patience.

This is how i make mine and DH likes them.

Flour, garlic, salt, parakai 1 stick of Butter, franks hot sauce, 1 cup  winger 2 tablespoons

Mix flour, garlic, and salt and paprika together. Get skillet hot and turn on oven to about 250. I use a rack and sheet pan to drain the grease. Get the oil hot i use olive oil. Roll chicken in flour mixture and cook chicken when done put chicken on rack and put in oven. Do this until all chicken is cooked.

Then add the one stick of butter, and get it melted, add the franks hot sauce and the vinegar in pan and mix well and add the chicken and move it around until the chicken is coated with hot sauce.

    Hope you like this.
