Naan Pizza
Recipe from Nigella - please feel free to play about to make your own - top with whatever you fancy!
1 naan (packaged bread in indian food section) about 8 inches long,
2 tsp tomao puree or other tomato sauce
1/2 cup drained mixed mushroom antipasto from jar
1/2 cup roughly chopped fontina
3 fresh thyme stalks
Preheat the oven to 425° F. Lay the naan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, aluminium foil or silpat.
spread tomato puree or sauce over naan, then tumble over drained mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped cheese before finally strewing with the thyme leave stripped from stalks.
Cook in the oven for about 5 min, by which time the cheese should be bubbling and melted. Be careful not to burn your mouth!
