ISO...rec for Cheddar Bacon Appetizer type Cookies

Somewhere I saw and perhaps tasted a cookie that was an appetizer, not sweet and it was made with cheese and bacon or ham bits.  I looked all through my books and cannot find such a thing.  Does anyone have a rec for something like this?  Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas.

Hi Dana...sounds like it might work....?  Is the 1 tbsp of water all that is needed or do I add water called for on the hungry jack box also?   Could I use bisquick instead?  Do they look like cookies? thanks so much because I have had no other search success.
