    Help! Need Prime Rib Recipe

I can't find my Prime Rib recipe.  Its the one where you cook it at high temp for a short time, then leave in oven then start oven again.  It was in the series of cookbooks (Petticoat fair or something like that).  I can't even think anymore.  Can you help? Thanks.  Merry Christmas to all.

    Prime Rib Recipe

1 (4 to 5 pound) prime rib roast
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    3 tablespoons rosemary leaves
    1 teaspoon pepper

    Directions:

    1. Place the roast in a shallow roasting pan and set aside 30 minutes to room temperature. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

    2. Combine all other ingredients. Rub the prime rib with mixture. Bake 15 minutes until the meat begins to brown.

    3. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue cooking for 15 to 18 minutes per pound for a boneless prime rib roast or 26 to 32 minutes per pound for a bone-in prime rib roast.

    4. Remove from the oven and cool 10 minutes before carving.
