Dip an oreo or chocolate wafer in white chocolate chips melted and then sprinkle with crushed candy canes.  This has become a favorite here and would look great for valentine's Day.

Another thing to do with it would be to make a pie.

    Candy Cane Pie

1 pkg. White Chocolate Instant Pudding, or Chocolate Pudding

    1 sm. tub Cool Whip

    1 lb. Cream Cheese, softened

    1  8 " Graham Crust (or Chocolate)

    2 crushed candy canes

Whip the cream cheese until soft and creamy, add small amounts of 1 3/4 cups milk until creamed again. Slowly add in the pudding mix and cream. Mix in half of Cool Whip, and all but 1 tbsp. crushed candy canes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with a dollop of Cool Whip and sprinkle reserved crushed candy cane. (a sprig of mint is opt.).
