Have Any of Y'all Ever Been to "The Elephant Bar" Restaurant???

Marine Mom Texas - I have never seen a White Castle in Texas.  Can you tell me where you have one?

 I believe several years ago they opened one in the Dallas area but not sure where. I remember reading about it. It may be gone by now - we never ate there. I'll see if I can find where it is. Nite Owl, I just did a search and you're right. There aren't any in Texas. I guess I read where they sell the hamburgers in the grocery stores. I guess I thought they were opening restaurants here. I stand corrected. Something else to wait for - LOL.   MarineMom

I have eaten at Elephant Bar restaurants, they now have one in Ohio but it is a 3 hour drive for us. Plans are in the works to open another one in Ohio, Columbus or Cincinnati.

I'm glad to see so many nice compliments. My BIL owns part of the Elephant Bar & is the executive chef. You can find his name & photo on their website. I posted about Elephant Bar on here several years ago.

The menu is updated so it's not the same menu all the time but there are things that are favorites too.

I'm sure you will enjoy the experience. They also support Elephant Conservation.

I  just checked out the web site for elephant bar- wow- it looks really cool! but they are all far away from me- maybe someday we will get one here- NC.

The macadamia nut chicken with fire grilled shrimp looks good, or the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich. Let's not mention the desserts, lol including the elephant bar mud pie!

Let us know if it turns out to be outrageously priced. There is one in St. Louis, I might try that next time I visit family.

The prices are on the menu section of the website. They are about the same at Olive Garden & Red Lobster prices here in Central Ohio.

My Darlingest Duck, I would so *LOVE* to be in Ducky Land for countless reasons!  You wouldn't even have to do any Swiffer-ing on my account.   Hugs to you!

I don't have one in my town, but I went to one in Santa BArbara, CA. It was ok, it had different kind of food. To spicy.

YES, here is Sacramento CA... Went there once.. Food is good.  i like it.  Very generous portions.  Most entree have that Asian touch.  I just thought it was a little dark.  Could use more lighting.. Prices are reasonable.. 

That looks great Krissy. It seems like it would be a fun place to eat, but a long drive for us.  Do you mean the one they just opened in Niles or is there one closer to you?

The one in Niles is the one Bob and I would be trying out.  As for a long drive, I know somewhere you could stay.  You'd have to bring your sleeping bag but other than that you'd be all set!

We go to The Elephant Bar all the time.  Their ribs are excellent and they have great appetizers.  Prices are pretty reasonable.
