Chocolate Gravy1/2 cup butter 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup white sugar 2 cups milk 1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add cocoa and flour; stir until a thick paste is formed. 3. Stir in sugar and milk. 4. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. 5. Serve over buttered biscuits or buttered toast

Here is a family favorite for a special treat! Suziee
Chocolate Gravy 1 cup sugar 1 slightly heaping tbsp Hershey’s Cocoa 1 heaping tbsp flour 1 cup whole milk dash salt 1 tsp vanilla Mix sugar, cocoa and flour together well in a non-stick pot. Stir in milk and salt. Cook on medium to high heat until thick while stirring…be patient! Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve over open-face hot buttered biscuits…guaranteed to make your family beg for more!
Chocolate Gravy - I discovered Chocolate Gravy at a roadside restaurant in Harrison, AR about 3 years ago. Had never heard of it. The waitress brought me a sample of it. Nothing would do but for me to hurry home and find a recipe for it. I gained so much weight trying those recipes only to find out I only liked it because it was so much like chocolate pudding, just thinned down. My SIL is from Searcy and she grew up on it.
