    Shaping bread dough for baking pans

    I am having a difficult time shaping nice loaves.  My bread loaves come out with lots of creases on the bottom.  I use to bake bread a lot and don't recall this problem ever.  I have rolled and folded and still problems with this.  Thanks so much for your help. Smile

    I think I always have a 'seam' on the bottom of my bread. Somewhere there will have to be a crease unless it is a batter bread. Just don't let anybody look at the bottom and when you slice it nobody will ever know and I won't tell.
