Sorry, Tizz -- I didn't look and you already posted that...sure looks good, don't you think?

This is the one I had published -- it's good too.

    Bacon-Wrapped Cajun Jalapenos

From Taste of Home “These peppers are so addictive that if I want any for myself, I either need to make a double batch or hide some,” relates Linda Foreman of Locust Grove, Oklahoma. “The jalapenos are not that spicy after they are baked (I take out the seeds and white membrane), but have a wonderful flavor.”

    8 large jalapeno peppers

1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese

    1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

    8 thick-sliced peppered bacon strips

    METHOD Baked
    PREP 20 min.
    COOK 25 min.
    TOTAL 45 min.

Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise; remove seeds and center membranes. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Cajun seasoning. Stuff about 1-1/2 teaspoonfuls into each pepper half.

Cut bacon strips in half widthwise. In a large skillet, cook bacon until partially cooked. Wrap a bacon piece around each pepper; secure with a toothpick.

Place on wire rach in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered, at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Discard toothpicks. Serve immediately. SERVINGS 16

    .......Tips.........

You just follow one of these other cream cheese jalapeno pepper recipes, just cut off the top and put the cream cheese in a piping bag and push it down into the pepper, you have to pick a certain kind of jalapeno, as thin skinned ones or soft ones would tear using this method instead of splitting them in half.

I love stuffed jalapenos. I wear gloves and cut them in half and seed them. I fill with cream cheese and spiral wrap a slice of bacon (or half slice on small ones) around them. I don't even use a toothpick.
I bake on a broiler pan at 375 for about 25-30 minutes, until bacon is done.

    You can freeze before baking.

     Poster?????

Here's my recipe, that we make quite often for Football Sundays:

    Jalapeno Appetizers

    -10 medium fresh jalapeno peppers
    -4 oz cream cheese, softened
    -10 oz. bacon strips, halved

-Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove stems and center membrane.
-Stuff each half with 2 tsp cream cheese. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.
-Put on a broiler rack that has been sprayed with Pam.
-Bake at 350F. for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp......
    -Makes 20

    ~*~*~Absolutely Awesome Jalapeno Appetizers~*~*~

These are addictive and if I want any for myself, I either need to make a double batch or hide some.

8 Jalapenos -- tops removed, cut in 1/2 and seeded
    8 Strips lean bacon
    Cream cheese
    Toothpicks

Preheat oven to 350. Stuff each 1/2 of a jalapeno with cream cheese and wrap with a 1/2 piece of bacon.

    Secure with toothpick.

Bake at 350 until bacon is at desired crispness (I like mine just slightly crisp, about 20-25 min).

Warning! These are addictive! I love these! The jalapenos are not that spicy after they are baked (take out seeds and the white in the pepper if you don't want them hot), but have a wonderful flavor.

    NOTE.....

If you're using thick bacon pre-cook it before you wrap these or the bacon won't be crisp.

You can use other cheeses if you like -- pepper jack is good in these and so is cheddar mixed in w/the cream cheese! Sometimes I'll add the chooped pepper bacon to the cream cheese w/some Cajun seasonings!

    Wonderful appetizer! Jalapeno popper dip!

Well, we welcomed in the New Year lat night with this wonderful new dip. Oh my goodness, it was good!

It combined all the flavors of jalapeno poppers with none of the prep!

    Do try it.

    Jalapeno Popper Spread

"This is an easy cream cheese spread to make, and it tastes just like the jalapeno poppers you wish you could make yourself! The hardest part of this recipe is not eating it all by yourself!"
    INGREDIENTS:

    2 (8 ounce) packages cream
    cheese, softened
    1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green
    chilies, drained

    2 ounces canned diced
    jalapeno peppers, drained

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    DIRECTIONS:

    1.
Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth.
Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers.
Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    2. Microwave on High until hot, about 3 minutes.

Now...guess where I found this  ....anyway, I didn't add a full cup of mayo...but did probably add close to 3/4 cup.

I bought a bottle of diced jalapenos...perfect for this...just scooped out several TBS.

We had Frito scoops, but people were grabbing anything they could find for a dipper.

I did do this in the microwave- and stirred the parmesan in when it was all hot.

Enjoy!  Thank you, Allrecipes, for this recipe.
