Green Bean Soup

I am looking for a recipe for Green Bean Soup that is made with cream, green beans, cut up potatoes and chunks of summer sausage.  My grandmother made this when I was a child and now I would love to find the recipe for this soup.  If you have a recipe similar to what I am looking for please either e-mail me at sandyott@sbcglobal.net or mail it to me at:
