    Does anyone know if you can freeze thumbprint cookies with the icing on them, or peach cookies with the filling in the middle, and last peanut butter cup cookies. I am not sure if the peanut butter cup will turn funny in the freezer and if the icing will be ok.

    I have frozen all of those cookies without a problem. Sometimes if a cookie has icing I will lay them out on a try- freeze the tray them stack in layers with wax paper between after frozen- then thaw in a single layer also. Same with any choc cookie that is soft.
