We slow-roast them in the oven and eat them with baked potatoes!!! or, put it in the crock pot till it is falling apart, shred it and mix it with BBQ sauce and serve on big rolls as pulled pork sandwiches (I bought a bunch of roasts at safeway when i was a buck a pound a few months go- we are still eating them when we want a change from beef o chicken or fish!)

I put it into marinade and then freeze any extra that I have then when I need it I thaw it overnite in the refrigerator and cook in the crockpot or slow roast in the oven. I just put 10 into the freezer the other day.
