  • * REVIEW - Costco's Kirkland Swift Premium Pork Sirloin Tip Roast *

Have you tried the Kirkland Swift Premium Pork Sirloin Tip Roast from Costco? These roasts are sold in a four-pack, each roast is individually vacuumed packed The roast I took out for dinner this evening is 1.14 pounds... perfect for a meal this evening, and leftovers for future meals.

    Either
-- Rub 1) olive oil, and 2) your favorite spice blend.  Sometimes I place a couple bay leaves under the roast and add 1 Tablespoon of white wine vinegar.
-- OR, marinate overnight, using your favorite marinade.
-- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes, approximately. Temperature should register 160 degrees (according to manufacturer's directions).
    -- Drippings make wonderful gravy.

These small roasts are perfect for small households at a small price ($1.99 per pound). Smile

    Leftovers are delicious.

When you said Sirloin Tip roast for $1.99 a lb, I thought WOW!  But looking at picture I see it is a pork roast.
