Beautiful weather promised for Ontario today and over the weekend. We still have a small section of leaves to rake ... maybe today ... David and I have decided to play it by ear ... but it would be nice to finish it. However ... I am starting to get antsy from a lack of stitching. I need a good day of just stitching and little else. But then I get to doing this, that and whatever. Too many things I want to do... oh woe be me. LOL
Puzzles yesterday ... wonderful. Next time ... my turn.

Maria, yes I price match. My store of choice is No Frills and they price match. I suspect they all do ... but only prices of the stores that are also in Orillia. So I cannot take in the flyers from Sobeys nor Independent since we do not have them in Orillia. Bummer but ... still the rest is good.

Good morning, it's windy out there, frost on the window, but not too cold, so it must be humid too.
Aleida, it's tonight that we are doing the taco bar. We have 14 confirmed kids for this event. Most are going to the basketball camp that our school is doing. I'm doing the grocery shopping soon, maybe after I drop off the kids at school.
Jazz decided to stay outside for the night. We don't know what she does. Does she find somewhere to sleep? In the doghouse, woodshed? We heard hear roaming at 3am. She is starting more and more to want to be outside for the night.
I"m going to go try on a jacket this morning. It's a ladies Columbia winter jacket for $15. We have a mom's and swap site. Everything is local. It's great! Most things are cheap and you meet in town typically. It's white and sage, I hope it works out, cause I have a lovely dress coat, a wonderful Ski Doo coat, but nothing for just the typical day.

Shopping went well yesterday. I lasted the hole time, but I think if it had been busier, I may have had some trouble. I had enough time to sort of rest my arms once in a while. My clients were happy to talk to me, as I was happy to talk with them!
I have a hair appt today at noon. So I will just putter around the house before I have to go. Have some leftover soup in the fridge so that will likely be supper tonight.
Aleida, we have leaves...a fair amount of them yet. Hopefully we can get them up before the next snowfall. Will see. They are all wet right now.

Cleaned the house yesterday, doing my laundry want to hang it outside. Today is a nice sunny day with the high of 9º
all the ladies here are always very busy, Pat wasn't here yesterday...that is unusual.
Char, I bet you never have a quiet moment to yourself, with working, the kids, Dan and Jazz, you need some me time.
I hope Lisa on survivor goes to the end, she deserves to win. I hope they will help her get over the west nile virus.

Good Morning! It's a mild day here, just below freezing. The sun is shining. That should lift the spirits of many.
I'll be making a trip into town for my monthly B12 shot. Then I'll make a stop at the local Thrift shop...maybe help them for a couple hours. There's always lots to sort and rearrange over there.
Hope you get those pics coming again, YF. It's frustrating when you can't get them to work.
And now, I am having trouble with this site.. Anytime I highlight or want to change the color it turns funny and you can't read it. Like the whole square turns blue or burgundy and is unreadable. Grrr...
We were delighted to receive mail from the grandchildren and I will be returning the favor to each one individually, for it won't be the same if I send a packet of them. No, each one needs their own special mail. I can imagine their joy when they get theirs that day...yup one at a time! :)
Need to shower and change and make a dash out the door.
