    Hi, I am retired, married 50 years, have 3 children.7 grands and 8 great-grands. I am 69 yo, live in MA and love to quilt. DH is diabetic and also on a restricted sodium diet, so most of our meals are cooked from scratch. Hope to get to know you all.  Meme Phyl
