Still hot today, supposed to rain tonight and we need it badly. We have had less than a half on inch so far this month.

My office computer was fixed enough for me to work on it. The guy said it will be 10x faster....but it seems about the same speed to me.
We are to meet my folks and some visitors for dinner tonight at hometown buffet. Last night we had a dinner with some friends that were going out of town. Tomorrow we are to meet some other friends in a different town for dinner- I don't know about you, I love to go out to eat- but not so many nites in a row- my tummy will rebel.
Anyone reading something good for summer? Going anywhere?
We are gearing up for the 4th. Booked 2 parades for the kids to go through, and walking in another with my little. Got shirts made and the kids leashes decorated. Waiting on the toy lizards we are going to hand out to the kids. They should be arriving any day now.
Spent about an hour outside with the kids, but it was too hot to stay out for long. Another day above 90. So ready for it to cool off a bit.
Have been having some problems with my foot. I think something has popped out of place while visiting the zoo. I have quite a lump on the top of my foot and it is very painful if anything touches it. Hopeing that it pops back in place soon.
Not much else going on around here. Quiet day home alone for me.

Pie- So sorry to hear that your foot is hurting. I hope it pops back into place soon. Do you have to visit the Dr if it doesn't self-correct? So glad to see you online. You've got to post pics of your kids in the parades. Sounds like fun. What a unique idea of handing out lizards to kids.
